Dance Choreographer/Instructor
Kate has been dancing since she was six years old. She has been with The Dance Company for over 20 years as a dancer, tumbler, assistant, choreographer, instructor, sound technician, and now studio director. She has trained for several years at Tremaine Dance Conventions and Dance Revolution. She's also attended four NCA cheer camps, where she was awarded All American Cheerleader. She's previously coached and choreographed for the Varsity cheer squad at Chapel Hill High School, and choreographed for the Junior High cheer squad at Chapel Hill Junior High. Kate graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in advertising/public relations. Kate is passionate about dance and eager to help young dancers fall in love with the sport while developing their skills and abilities. She enjoys choreographing fun, memorable routines that delight audiences and showcase her dancers' artistry and technique.

Dance Choreographer/Instructor
Baley began dancing in 7th grade at MPJH. She was a part of the Advanced Dance Team in 8th grade, then joined the Mount Pleasant High School Tiger Dolls her sophomore year. She stepped into leadership as Junior Lieutenant and 1st Lieutenant her junior and senior years, respectively. Baley won several awards during her time on Tiger Dolls, including outstanding turns, best lyrical technique, and Officer of the Year. She began choreographing for the Wallace Dance Team in 2021, and has produced several award-winning pieces in the last five years with WDT. She's worked with multiple school districts in the Northeast Texas area as a tryout judge, choreographer, and technique teacher. Baley loves dance and is excited to help the next generation of dancers reach their full potential.
Cheer & Tumbling
Choreographer/Instructor
Paislee began cheering in 4th grade. She participated in competitive cheer for three years before transitioning to school cheer at Harts Bluff, where she cheered for six years. She led the Harts Bluff cheer squad as Captain for five years. She also earned the title of All American Cheerleader three times, and was awarded Best All Around Cheerleader her senior year. Paislee is excited to step into her new role of teaching young cheerleaders and tumblers proper technique, safety, and showmanship in an encouraging environment.
Pointe Choreographer/Instructor
Sabrina began dancing when she was only six years old. At eight she began focusing on ballet while attending Martha Rosella Texas Civic Ballet. She has a strong technical background from Paula Moreland in Garland, Texas. She attended dance classes at SMU and participated in various festivals around the Dallas Area. At age 14, Sabrina was chosen as a principal dancer for the Dallas Metropolitan Dance Company. On scholarship, she furthered her dance training for two summers with the New York City Ballet. While in New York, she has also attended dance classes at the American Ballet Theater and Joffrey Ballet. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Over the years she has taught aerobics, dance, swimming and water aerobics. Sabrina has been teaching Pointe classes at The Dance Company since 2005.
Studio Owner
Carrie has owned The Dance Company since 2023. Her three children grew up dancing under the direction of Becca Daniel at The Dance Company prior to 2023.
